# Zenodo deposit package

The paper is complete as a prospective methods preprint. It reports analytical examples and a proposed protocol, not completed subject studies. It has not been peer reviewed. There is no assigned or reserved DOI in this bundle.

## Files

- when-history-changes-the-agent.pdf: reading edition.
- when-history-changes-the-agent.md: editable manuscript and references.
- verify_analytic_examples.py: Python standard-library mechanical checks.
- analytic-checks.json: actual output of those checks.
- zenodo-metadata.json: deposit metadata with approved authorship and license.
- manifest.sha256: exact file identities.

Run python verify_analytic_examples.py to regenerate the check output. This overwrites only analytic-checks.json beside the script. It does not access a network, resident, model or private store.

## Authorship and license

The commissioning owner approved deposition on 27 October 2026 with Neurasoft research as organizational creator, Eternities Inc. as affiliation, and CC BY 4.0 as the license. AI assistance and commissioning by David Dominik Wilson are disclosed. No individual is presented as having reviewed or independently replicated the paper.

No upload or record has been created by this preparation. DOI and record links should be added only after a real Zenodo receipt exists. A repository deposit is separate from peer review.

Upload the PDF, manuscript and research-bundle.zip, or the individual reproducibility files, without duplicating ambiguous manuscript versions. Use Zenodo's preview to check title, creators, publication date and references before publishing. Publication of this website companion is separate from a Zenodo deposit.
